One of Safe Harbor’s key missions has always been community outreach. In 2024 and beyond, we are focused on expanding our community outreach efforts. Information on various aspects of our community outreach efforts are outlined below. Scout Camp

We teach the “I Love Horses” badge requirements! Learn what horses eat, equipment (tack) used, how to be safe around horses and groom them, and end the day with a lead-around ride.

We are your neighbors and we enjoy being a part of the community. We are getting out and about with informational booths at several events in 2024.
Castration Clinics

On scheduled days, spring and fall (or more, based on funding!), we offer castration services by an equine veterinarian, at no cost to the owner.
