Rose and Blanche came to Safe Harbor from a large scale neglect case in Maury County. There owner was charged with multiple counts of cruelty. These two were bottle babies on arrival, and have been together since birth, and well handled pets since birth as well. Rose and Blanche are a bonded pair and will be placed together.
They are ACTIVE, and need a good fence, or they will allow themselves to go exploring together.
(fine print: the herd that Rose and Blanche came from had some goats in it with CL. They have been away from the herd for over a year, and have no symptoms of CL. Blanche tests negative, but Rose in marginal, so we advise caution if they will be going to a home with other goats.)
